Any shape with an edge can be made-to-order, with a minimum depth of 1 inch. Each graphic is directly printed to a dimpled material, emulating the texture of a canvas sheet. Once the frame is complete and the graphic is wrapped, a styrene backing is applied with keyhole cuts for easy hanging.
We use a synthethic material called Easy Banner/Poster that has a silky woven texture. It’s printed on the Onset Q40i using UV Ink so that the material has the durability for outdoors. The Imagestylor Canvas has a core frame built from coroplast, increasing its weather durability.
